This is where we construct the vision! Our in-person consultation generally takes 1-2 hours as we walk through your property and discuss your goals & priorities for the project.

With measurements & vision in hand, Jonathan will create your design and prepare your proposal! 2D designs will take around 1-2 weeks to prepare. 3D designs can take slightly longer.

During our virtual or in-person presentation, we'll review your design (drawing) & proposal (pricing). We'll discuss options for changes and provide multiple selections for you to choose from.

Revisions are expected! After all, each design is completely custom & unique. Most projects have a small number of revisions before completely aligning on our plan.
